NovaStar MCTRL300 LED Display Controller

The MCTRL300 is an LED display controller. It is also known as an LED independent control card. It helps to encode and process video and audio signals. The MCTRL300 is widely used in various LED display applications.

What is an LED Display Controller?

The main purpose of an LED display controller or an LED control card is to transmit the signal between the receiver card and the sending card. Once the signal is transmitted, it enables the LED screen to display the incoming video signal in the supported video format.

Device operating indicator.

Slow flashing : No video input is available.
Normal flashing : The video input is available.
Fast flashing : The startup image is displayed on the screen.
Breathing : The Ethernet port redundancy has taken effect.

Red (Status)

Device power indicator.

Off : The power supply is abnormal, or there is no power.
On : The power supply is normal.

Resolution up to 1920 x 1200 at 60Hz.
Custom resolutions supported. Resolution with max width is 3840 x 600 @ 60Hz. Resolution with max height is 548 x 3840 @ 60Hz.
Do not support interlaced signal input.

Audio input connector.

RJ Gigabit Ethernet ports.

Capacity per port up to 650,000 pixels.
Redundancy between Ethernet ports is supported.
