Job Description

•  Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor new and ongoing projects.
•  Participate in the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and service of commercial display products.
•  Prepare and modify CAD drawings whenever necessary.
•  Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal team throughout the whole process of project management.
•  Assist sales team in preparing technical proposal during pre-sales stage to ensure compliance to project’s technical requirements.
•  Allocate company resources and assign tasks to the project team members.
•  Perform site surveys and measurements using appropriate engineering tools and methods.
•  Prepare progress report and update the project team on the project status.
•  To prepare and conduct complete system testing commissioning and end user training for company’s products & services.
•  Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
•  Completing preventive maintenance and field modifications on designated equipment.  
•  Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.  
•  Assist in the preparation and verification of progress claim documentations for clients and from subcontractors.
•  Ensure projects are completed within deadline, budget, and quality expectations.
•  Attend product conferences and industry exhibitions to understand the latest offerings and trends of commercial display and related products.

•  Preferably with a valid GDL license (an added advantage).

•  Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
•  Able to be flexible with irregular working hours.
