Front maintenance is a key engineering requirement for fine pitch LED displays. Thickness can be greatly reduced. Rear maintenance access can be eliminated to prevent dust accumulation and damage to the electronic components or the PCB boards. The modules can be replaced quickly with the vacuum sucker tool to guarantee the maintenance efficiency.
Fast & Hidden Interface
Power and signal cables are hidden inside of the LED cabinet to avoid accidental damage of the cables and to keep the entire LED screen neat. The usage of the aviation connectors integrates both data and power into one cable quickly.
The LED screen also adopts a dual backup design. The data backup will be activated automatically whenever there is an interruption of data transmitting.
Noiseless & Energy Saving
The aluminium back plate helps to ensure an effective heat dissipation. Zero noise ensures a more friendly operation since no fans are required in the cabinet. Besides, it also reduces the power consumption of the display effectively. Operation cost can be reduced.
