The Leadership Ascendancy Program, hosted by KPJ Healthcare University Sdn Bhd, offered a dynamic platform for healthcare professionals to develop essential leadership skills. Held at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2), the two-day event featured interactive modules that blended theory with hands-on experience. Participants tackled simulations, case discussions, and real-time decision-making tasks.
Moreover, each session promoted self-reflection and personal growth. Trainers encouraged individuals to recognize their strengths while actively improving weaker areas. As a result, participants gained confidence in managing teams and making sound decisions.

Big Screen Media was beyond grateful to be given the opportunity to set up the P2.5 Indoor LED Screen, which has a screen size of 6 meters (W) x 2 meters (H) for KPJ Healthcare University Sdn Bhd at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2). This was part of the support team’s efforts in providing LED screen rental services for Leadership Ascendancy Program (LEAP).
