Sambutan Ambang Merdeka hosted by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad at KLIA Terminal 2 celebrated Malaysia’s 68th Independence Day with grandeur and excitement. From the very beginning, the event showcased a vibrant mix of culture, performance, and patriotism. Guests and travelers immediately experienced an atmosphere filled with unity and national pride.
Moreover, the evening featured traditional dances, silat martial arts demonstrations, and captivating poetry recitals. In addition, a live brass band filled the terminal with patriotic melodies that energized the crowd. As midnight approached, everyone joined in chanting “Merdeka!”, creating a powerful moment that echoed throughout the venue. This collective expression symbolized both remembrance of Malaysia’s past and hope for its future.
Furthermore, Malaysia Airports highlighted the Malaysia MADANI concept during the celebration, emphasizing inclusivity, sustainability, and progress. The event successfully connected travelers, airport staff, and the local community. Families and visitors enjoyed the performances while capturing memorable moments. As a result, the festive experience carried deep meaning and lasting impact.
In addition, organizers planned and coordinated every detail to maintain smooth flow and safety throughout the evening. Big Screen Media was beyond grateful to be given the opportunity to set up the P2.5 Indoor LED Globe, which has a diameter screen size 1 meters for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad at KLIA Terminal 2.
