About STARdesk and EZBagz
Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) has launched two new facilities in KLIA in May 2023, the STARdesk feedback management platform and the EZBagz self-service bag drop facility, an initiative by KLIA aiming to strengthen and provide seamless airport experience to passengers.
Through STARdesk feedback platform, KLIA ground service crews will be able to validate and attend to the passenger’s feedback within 15 mins, whereas the EZBagz facility enables passengers to check-in their baggage at just 45 seconds to complete the process.
Big Screen Media were beyond grateful and was given the opportunity to setup the P2.5 Indoor LED Screen at the size of 7meter (W) x 3meter (H) for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) as part of the support team in providing the LED Screen rental service for the official launch.
